Hi - thanks for the quick response... is there any feasible explanation of how they could have all been collapsed at once then? &nbsp;Mostly to avoid future issues. &nbsp;<br />

I guess at this point we will need to do it manually to uncollapse them...

A user accidently collapsed all the folder and subfolders in Outlook. &nbsp;Is there a global way to expand the folder view in Outlook without having to go to each of the folders? &nbsp;There are hundreds of folders... thx.
