Hi I have created a small web application called Support using ASP.Net 3.5 and C#.It has 5 pages with default as start page. I have added reference of a EclipseWebSolutions.DatePicker .dll to bin folder in my project solution explore and used it in one of my 5 pages,it was working fine locally. I now copied the whole Project(Support) local folder from my system to a development server.Name of development server is itdev so we type this url to run a application in browser http://itdev/apps/support/default.aspx
Default .aspx is opening but when I try to access page with datepicker.dll I am getting an error as
Parser Error Message: Could not load file or assembly 'EclipseWebSolutions.DatePicker' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
and the line which is showing this error is
Line 3:  <%@ Register Assembly="EclipseWebSolutions.DatePicker" Namespace="EclipseWebSolutions.DatePicker"
Line 4:      TagPrefix="cc1" %>

I have google it few are saying to add the Dll to GAC and few say add DLL to application/bin.
Does all 3rd party DLL's used in  ASP.Net web applcation should be added in GAC? or is there any easy method to resolve this issue.
Let me know if you need more information
Thank you

How did you copy exactly? Like copy files from one location to another?
