I've not seen that error, but you might want to update your AMC Console to the latest version if you haven't already done so.<br />

Citrix released a new Access Management Console on 7-20-2007 and just recently released Access Management Console Presentation Server Extension 4.6.1.<br />

I have 4.6.1 installed and still getting the error. &nbsp;I called Citrix and they said it's a none issue and they have esclated my issue to another tier. I think the technician said it has something to do with external storage. Anyone have any issues?

I am trying to generate an environment usage report in Citrix Report Center (presentation Server 4.5). I am able to connect to the RM database without any issues. &nbsp;I used my credentials first and then the sql account and the report did not generate. &nbsp;This is the only report thats not generating and I can't figure it out why. I checked Citrix website and forums and couldn't find anything that would help me resolve my issue. &nbsp;I just wanted to post this and see if anyone else has experienced the same issue. I've attached the error message so please let me know if you have seen this before. <br />

Anyone having issues generating reports with Report Center in Presentation Server 4.5?
