Cannot send 10MB or more email attachments using entourage 2008 on macbook pro - help!
We have 1 x macbook pro in the office, the rest are PC's and to be honest I don't have much of an idea on how to use macs!
Anyway, we are running an exchange server 2003 environment here where we are able to send up to 20MB email attachments.
However, for some reason on the 1 and only macbook, the user cannot send over 10MB attachments just to an internal staff member who is on PC.
The error msg coming up is:
"Error 4.3.1 Message size exceeds fixed maximum message size."
Explanation - Mail could not be sent. Account name: etc etc
Error - 17099
I've tried looking through entourage to find any email attachment size options but with no success.
Does anyone know why you would not be able to send 10MB or over on Mac yet on PC?! I should also add I've tested sending a 12MB attachment PC to PC and it worked fine.
Cheers
