IP Routing configuration in Windows 2003 Server

My Vmware

Server1: Domain controller, schema master
domain name: abc.com
IP: 192.168.200.20 255.255.254.0
GW: 192.168.200.1
DNS: 192.168.200.20

WindowsRouter: Windows2003 as router with 2 network cards
NC1:
IP: 192.168.200.1 255.255.254.0

NC2:
IP 192.168.100.1 255.255.254.0

Enable IP forwarding in registry..

server2: domain controller, schema master
domain: abc.com.au
IP: 192.168.100.10 255.255.254.0
GW:192.168.100.1 255.255.254.0
DNS:192.168.100.10

Server3: BDC for abc.com.au
IP: 192.168.100.20 255.255.254.0
GW:192.168.100.1
DNS:192.168.100.10


I heard someone said I need to add static route on WindowsRouter,

anyone can tell me how to do this?
