Forwarded msgs, No full email address for recipients in CC\BCC line

Hello,

When I forward or receiving forwarded msgs in Outlook 2003\2007
recipients in CC\BCC will show up in the received email, without full email addrees.
Only their name will show up.

Is there a way to make outlook show full email address when forwarding email ?
In Eudora for example, when I receive a forwarded email, I see in the email text full
email and names of all recepients.

Thanks,

Ran.

I don't think you can in Exchange environment. If the person in the CC field is internal then only his/her Display Name will be shown. Thats how Exchange work.
* Also depends on the way those recipient names were resolved.

* If the user had just typed in the recipients complete address and not resolved it ( by hitting Ctrl+K ) then also it would show as the complete address and not as display name.

* Next case would be if the recipients have been picked up from the Cache which was already resolved, then it would again be in the form of Display Name.

Hope this justifies the query (^_^)

ASKER

I'll try to be a bit more clear about this issue.

Some user receive email with some recepients out side my organization.
My user is in the from, some others which are not from my org. are in the CC line.
He want a 2nd recipents inside the org to handel it, so he forwards it to him.
The 2nd recipient receives the email but he can't see the email address of those
contacts that are in the CC line, in the text body of the msg, he can only see
their display names.

In outher email clients and even web emails, same situation, you see display names + email address.
Can this be done with Outlook ?

Thanks for your replys.
