just created a maintenance plan for index checks, integrity, rebuild etc and get this following:<br />

create maintenance plan failed.<br />

creating instance of the COM component with CLSID<br />
(random number} from the iclassfactory failed due to the following error:<br />
c001f011 {MS sqlservermanagedDTS.<br />
