Software Installer Reports "Out of Hard Drive Space", Still Have 14 gigs Unused Space
When I created the Virtual Machine I reserved 20 gigs. Up-to-date I have used 6.11 gigs. I have checked by going to VM>Settings and looking at the Hard Drive settings.
It is supposed to create new hard drive space for me when it needs it (2 gigs at a time).
However I am now trying to install VS 2005 and it requires just over 2 gigs for the install. When I started the install it said I had just over 1 gig of hard drive space. I assumed the Workstation would created the extra hard drive space when it was needed. However VS refuses to proceed and reports I need to create more space to continue.
Is there a way to manually increase the storage space so VS 2005 will install?

Check diskspace in the host OS - maybe there is not enough space on the physical disk to grow your virtual disk.
