I have a user who sent an email to several intenal people on Aug 5th 2008 at 10:54am, her sent items show it was sent out at 10:54am. The issue is that the message never made it too the exchange server until Aug 6th at 5pm. A 30 hour delay before the exchange server said it arrived, the server processed it within 1 min as it should have, but now I need to find out where the message was hiding for 30 hrs. The sender has a desktop and I am not sure if caching is turned on or not, although it should not be for a desktop, I will check. But when the exchange server said it arrived at 5pm the next day, the sender was out for the day on vacation and has no remote access, so she would have never sent it the next day at 5pm as she was out. Everything from the exchange side shows normal and I have not had an issue like this before.
