How do I configure DHCP on Cisco Ap1200

I am trying to configure a Cisco AP1200 with 2 VLANs, one for corporate network and one for guest internet access. I have the Corp. network as native it gets IP Address, the guest network does not. attached is my AP config.txt file. The issue appears to be on on the second (non-native) VLAN. I can move the AP from one Vlan to the other on the switch it's attached to and it gives the correct IP for the network it is attached with, but only on the first VLAN. This leads me to believe that I have overlooked some config setting in the Cisco AP.

Could you provide the switch port config on the switch to which the AP connects to.
Is this port set as a trunk ?
