two methods come to mind..<br />

show the BCC field (blind carbon copy) and paste all your addresses in there.<br />
<br />
This is the most polite way to send so people cant see all the other recipients.<br />
<br />
the other is to do an email - mail merge in word - how easy this is depends which version you are running, but this process will also work ok - just follow the wizard.
