OK found the issue.<br />
It was in the RUS. I have a old exchange 2000 server that has been removed from the network for 5 months, but it is still listed in the Exchange system manager and for some reason the RUS was bound to that dead server.<br />
<br />
So my next question is how do I remove that old server from the Exchange system manager so this does not happen again.<br />
