Is there a way to configure DHCP for DNS only?

I have a windows server 2003 native environment and would like to configure a dhcp server with my static environment. For example I would like the dhcp server to only assign the dns servers to the clients. We use static ip addresses for their IPs since this is how our firewall vendor allows vpn traffic.

But my only question is to configure the dhcp to assign dns server ip addresses only to all the clients, is this possible in my environment?

Thanks for the response, I am very much a beginner when it comes to dhcp, do you know of any relevant articles explaining how to set assigned dhcp ip addresses?

Delphious, that is why I included an article that explains what a reservation does, as the asker requested.
