What is method of referencing the AppSetting for another program's app.config?

This is how I read my an app's own app.config:
            string configValue = string.Empty;
            NameValueCollection settings = ConfigurationManager.AppSettings;
            if (settings["WatchFolder"] != null)
            {
                configValue = settings["WatchFolder"];
            }

How can my app read another's app.config using the NameValueCollection?
            ExeConfigurationFileMap fileMap = new ExeConfigurationFileMap();
            fileMap.ExeConfigFilename = @"SomeOtherApp.exe.config";
            Configuration config = ConfigurationManager.OpenMappedExeConfiguration(fileMap, _
                                                ConfigurationUserLevel.None);
            //How do I make the follwing reference so I can still use the other lines that follows?
  ====>NameValueCollection settings = ConfigurationManager.AppSettings; <=====????
            if (settings["WatchFolder"] != null)
            {
                configValue = settings["WatchFolder"];
            }
