We use Server 03 small business with exchange server. We currently are reaching our 75gb email as well as running out of hard drive space. So one of the things I thought about doing was to remove all the items from all emails address on Outlook Web Access from the recover deleted items. Because you can still see all your email their am sure its still taking up hard drive space on the server. Is it a bad thing to remove all that? Are their any legal things we should be worried about by doing that?
