Hello all, I need to make sure I can do what I am planning here.  My company bought a piece of another much larger company and we need to move the users mail, calendar, notes, tasks, etc.. from the other companies Exchange Server to ours.

The size limits on their mailboxes are 50MB so we are golden there however the username in the old company does not match the username they will have in the new company.

I want to use exmerge to do both sides of the process, IT on the other side is fine with dumping the mailboxes to .pst and then FTP'ing the files to us and then we will use exmerge on our end to import the .pst's back in...

My questions:

1 - will I be able to match old username to new username in the import or do I need to go through and rename all the .pst's first (300 users - this will be a pain)

2 - the export on their end will create just 1 pst with all the data we want for each user, correct?  In other word I wont have 3 pst's for each user if I want mail, calendar, and contacts, will I?

Thank You,
