Front Page Form Attacks

I have clients that have a simple Customer Satisfaction Form that e-mails to them on their website.

It is a simple form created within FP ...

There has been a dramatic increase in spam ads coming in the form to my clients recently ...

Is there a method to reduce them ? I have seen the "confimation code" system, but is there some other way to do this ?

Captcha is one option _use javascript...

are you sure they are coming for form? there any many ways to "farm" email address, maybe it is that that is the problem:
