We really need a copy of CA SiteMinder Web Access Manager to test our product against. &nbsp;We've tried speaking with CA directly, but keep running in to walls - they promise to give us something, but we never get delivery.<br />

Does anyone have any experience dealing with Computer Associates that could help us? &nbsp;Does CA have a &quot;Developer Program&quot; like IBM's PartnerWorld or Microsoft's MSDN?<br />
