Archiving CDR not functioning

Hi, I recently installed OCS 2007 Standard Edition
Followed the lenghtly install doc, general IM and address book lookups seem to be working correctly
Installed Archiving and CDR to point to a separate SQL server, running 2000 SP4.  It completed successfully.  I setup both the global and pool archive settings to be the same.  However nothing seems to be written to the databases
When running a validation on front end server the only error I am currently getting is a Failure
[0xC3FC200D] One or more errors were detected against Check Pool Configuration -> Check Front End Archiving Agent Settings
WMI Repository Path: \\ocsserver\root\cimv2
WMI Repository Path: \\sqlserver\root\cimv2
Error: Error reading the MSFT_SIPLogServiceSetting class attributes
No WMI Instance Returned By Query : select * from MSFT_SIPLogServiceSetting
Error: Archiving server receiving queue is different from archiving agent sending queue.

I am able to see the WMI instance through WMI Explorer, so not sure how to proceed

Also, under the Archiving and CDR Servers Event Log I am seeing
Event Type:      Error
Event Source:      OCS Archiving Agent
Event Category:      (1011)
Event ID:      30511
Date:            8/7/2008
Time:            4:30:17 PM
User:            N/A
Computer:      PARAPP02
Description:
Office Communications Server Archiving Agent or Archiving Service is unable to read/write to MSMQ queue in a timely fashion.

Acknowledgement class: 32777.
Cause: This could happen if the Archiving Agent receives a negative acknowledgement from the service.
Resolution:
Check Office Communications Server Archiving Agent permissions, Archiving Service permissions and restart services, if required.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance for your help
