Were these packages origanally installed via GP? There really isn't a way to uninstall the software unless you origanally pushed those out with GP. I am sure you could write a batch to remove all of the registry settings and the folders, but that could get quite messy. Unless you are talking about hundreds of machines then I would just visit each machine. Hope that helps.
