How to modify default Microsoft Outlook Contacts Form in Outlook 2003 : KB 82133 does not provide a solution
I want to redesign the default Microsoft Outlook 2003 contacts form.
KB 82133 documents a known bug -- when you switch to the design mode, the layout reverts to a previous version of the contacts form. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/823133
A solution is provided for Outlook 2007 users -- form regions -- but I do not see a solution for Outlook 2003 users.
My intention was to make minimal changes to the default form, so that it looks as close as possible to the ones that my team members are currently using. I didn't plan to spend hours just to get back to the current starting point.
So what are my options? What are Outlook 2003 users expected to do to resolve this issue?
