I have a customer that has had a disk failure on their server which was running SBS 2000. The disks where in a enclosure that provided the RAID 5 configuration. The system will not boot nor recognise the OS on the disks. I have a feeling one of the disks may have failed now I think the enclosure has also failed. I desperately need to get the data off the disk and don't want to have to spend dollars on professional data recovery if I can help it. I don't believe you can simply add the disks to another POC and read off them as the data is spread over the three disks?

When he system failed the enclosure started beeping and then after a couple of reboots to try resolve it just simply would not start.

Is there a straight forward way of retrieving this data

The disk enclosure is a Accusys ACS-7630 pretty old.
