For the second time in 7 days, I have woken up in the morning to be greeted by the blue screen of death.
The first time the error was: Stop: 0x00000077 (0x00000001,0x00000000,0x00000000,0x9A339C70).
I ran chkdsk (it found no error), I defragged, I did a system backup. I thought (hoped) all was well.
However this morning there it was again...different numbers, same basic message: Stop: 0x00000077 (0x00000001,0xE67F0000,0x00000000,0x99EAECA0)
This morning when I sent the error to microsoft it told me the information was corrupt.
Both times there was no problem with the restart.
I have added a zip file containing the minidumps. the only way I could do it was to rename the extensions to txt.
Could somebody tell me what I need to do to find and correct this problem please?
I am running Windows XP professional SP 3 Minidump.zip
