I did a quick check and this option works with exchange 2003 mailboxes only atleast in my environment .<br />

Goto: Tools-options-calendar option-resource scheduling
When I click on "resource scheduling" I get an error: "This folder cannot be opened becuase there is a configuration problem on the server."
 Do not know why this is happening.
