Why can't I open Adobe pdf File?

Hello All,
I cannot open a pdf file.  I get the error "This document is in use on a different computer, then "Unable to get server data [FO error #2114, OS error #0].

Adobe Reader says FileOpen plug-in was required and I complied, but still no go.
I will attach the trouble file.

Thanks for any prompt feedback.

To my knowledge, no one else has the file open.  I tried it in the office and at home, with same results.
I will check with source and advise.
Thanks.

The file is using DRM and the DRM rights have expired.

csagroup,
Yes, this was the case.  Thanks for your input.
"This document is in use on a different computer"
This means that the FileOpen Authentication is MachineID
Which means it can only be used on a machine with the same ID that it was oringinaly downloaded on.
