How to setup ISA 2004 to bypass for single domain name.

Hi there, I have an ISA 2004 server and I am relatively new to managing it.  What I need to do is to find a way to either bypass it for a single group of users or just bypass one external domain.com name.  I have tried to create a domain instance and URL (both separately) and then set the filter unchecked for proxy to http.  I also created another HTTP protocol called HTTP bypass that is just port 80 and with the proxy filter unchecked.  I set this for all users and moved it to the top, and I continue to pass traffic through this rule.  I have monitored my IP and it just accepts like any other domain.  It's just like I don't have it setup correctly or there just is something that I am not grasping.

Is there a simple way to do this for one specific domain/ip?

Thanks in advance.

Add the domain to your local proxy exceptions. Open the browser then tools - internet options - connections lan settings - advanced and add *.domainname.com
