Active Directory Malfunction MS Server 2003 R2

I was adding accounts for the new schoolyear, and I just get an error message. I can enter name, username, password, but when I press the button to creat the account, I get the following message :

Cann't creat object Sven. The reason for this is :
Active Directory has emptyd the group relative ID's.

Can anyone help me, I would like to avoid reinstalling the server.

I've checked, and the current server is also the RID server. Is there a way to test if the RID master is stil working. If he's down, how do I reactivate him?
Look into the event logs:
see this:

Also run DCDiag on the DC from the command prompt.

I've tested the RID manager with "dcdiag /test:ridmanager /v" and I get the results (see file).
2 warnings, is this what could be causing my problem, if so how can i fix it?

No, I didn't have to, for some reason everything is working again. I wish i know how. I've used DCdiag again and the warnings are gone.
