can't perfomed system state backup

I have proliant DL380 G4 with 3 drives configared as raid 5. All firmaware and driver are up to date.
Third drive reporting me an error. when I  replace the drive box will expects it fine but I can't run system state backup (nethier wth NT backup nor with backupexec via remote agent ) both will report timeout on shadow copie and third drive will show bad again.
We using win 2003 SP2 standart.

Well,
I was able to boot it to mutisystem disk and run chkdsk /f
it did fix a lot of files and system is till acting up. I was able to boot to windows after disk repair but it still showing me either drive 0 or drive 2 (of my 0,1,2 raid 5).
I do have spare similar system just with dual CPU while original was wiht Single CPU.
I've moved 3 drives to the spare system but getting hall.dll error ( I  think because to two CPU).
that i the best way to reconfigure?
