I have a client located in Austin, TX and they just had an employee relocate to Tuscan, AZ. She is to VPN to HQ so she can access the corp data and apps. Her internet connection is provided by COX. I'm having a heck of a time getting this up. I started using OpenVPN and it seamed to work for a doy or so. Then I tried using a Linksys RV042 in Texas and the QuickVPN software. I'm located in PA and can connect to Austin on both solutions just fine. The Tuscan employee can't even connect with the linksys solutions and OpenVPN will connact but dows not allow her to access the corp file share.<br />

I've done some googling and it seams that COX might be blocking/choking the tunnell.
