Pocket IE can not establish TCP/IP connection.

When I connect my AT&T Tilt (WM6Pro,OS 5.2.1622,Build 18128.0.4.4) to my PC via an USB cable, Pocket Internet Explorer is not able to establish TCP/IP connection to any web page, even located on my desktop PC.
It says: "The page cannot be displayed because the connection lost".

Many other network programs such as ActiveSync , Opera browser, RSS viewers, etc.  work fine.

I ran an IP Sniffer while trying to open a web page on my PC, I saw connections to TCP ports 5678, 990, 5721, 999, 26675 during ActiveSync dialog.
But there was no access made to the port 80 at all!

When I use Opera to access my PC's web page, the sniffer shows access to port 80 as it should be.

My desktop PC runs the SharedAccess service (ICS ?), but the Windows Firewall is turned off.
IE works fine trough the WiFi connection.
I tried it on another PC - same thing as above.

Please help anybody!
