I have a user who I'm trying to convert to Cached Exchange Mode and I keep getting a message saying that his mailbox has exceeded its limit. I looked this up and found a MSKB article with steps on how to edit the registry to increase this limit. I set it at the top of the "Valid Data Range", but that as far as I can tell, that is a little over 2GB and I need at least 3GB for a limit. Is there a way to get rid of this limit by other means or is there a way to set this limit higher? I don't understand the Hexadecimal system at all. Here is the KB article I was following.
