Did you put the citrix server in it's own OU? &nbsp;If so then did you apply a group policy? &nbsp;If you go into the group policy of the OU and look at Computer Config | Windows Settings | Local Policies | User Rights Assignment there is a key in there for Allow Logon through Terminal Services. &nbsp;Your users should be in there, if you added a new group (Citrix Users) then they need to be put in there also.

i placed the server to the exact same OU like the previous farm servers. I still get the same message whn i try to lig in as a simple user. I am able to login as domain admin. <br />
is there something i need to check at the management console whn it comes to authentication ?<br />
