Please make sure you dont have two cables plugged in.

For instance:

You should have just VGA running from the card to the monitor, or just DVI running from the card to the monitor -- not both at the same time.

Let me know.

Hi Steve,

Hi steve, this is the second time, I re-install Operating system, after that when i try to install Graphics drivers, i.e., GV-NX8600 , system reboot automatically and message shows "DIGITAL OUT OF RANGE". then i have to start system manually. pls help
Please use this driver.  It is the most current.

http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_175.19_whql.html

Restart after you install this driver >> Let me know how it goes.

Also, here is a link to the LG support site.  It wont let me give you a direcxt download link, so you will have to select your Region and select your product.  You want computer monitors.  The nyou will find a link for LCD monitor drivers-- three a few guides there and one other file that is called LG_MNT_Drivers_022808.zip

You want that one.

Install that driver for your monitor too.

Hi Khan,
if you still do not have access to refresh rate etc after installing the Nvidia drivers, then i would suggest you make sure you have the latest chipset drivers for your mohterboard installed.

Also Would i be correct in Saying that in Device manager it is not listing a "Display Adapter" ?
you may want to check out Devman in safemode...if the display adapter is listed there then delte it and reboot......dont forget motherboard chipset drivers!
Hi Steve

i have installed 175.19 whql.html but still not any difference in display, and also I have downloaded LG_MNT_Drivers_022808.zip , in that I found L1953TX folder but I could not find any set up file in that.
Hi Dirty man,

I stilll do not have access to refresh rate, and could you please tell me , where I can find latest chipset drivers,  I have AMD Athlon  64x2 Dual Core Processor 5200+, MMX, 3DNow (2 CPUs)

I have uninstall drivers, after that display adapter is not listing under DevMan,

Whenever I am installing Graphic drivers, system is not booting under normal mode, than I had to start under safe mode, why graphic drivers causing such behaviour. please help me
you've not really narrowed down the mobo enough mate.  If you can tell me the exact make n model then we'll be onto a winner i reakon.
you might have to stick your head into your PC box and see if you can find some model numbers on the mobo.
Hi  The Dirty Admin,

I hope this is the One, I Can the number on Mobo :::

ASUS
M2N32-SLI DELUX

Thanks! appreciated
OK mate,
1) Uninstall any installed VGA drivers and remove the adapter from Devman
2) Download the relevant drivers for your Os from Here:-
http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguage=en-us&model=M2N32-SLI%20Deluxe&type=map&mapindex=2
We only want the ones under "chipset" .....
MCP55 driver
And from "utilities"
ACPI driver for ATK 0110 virtual device
AMD Live! patch driver
And "other".....
AMD Cool''n''Quiet Driver

As you'll see theres loads of stuff for you mobo there, but that should be all you need.
I'd probably try to install em in safe mode, then when thats done reboot into normal mode and install your VGA drivers.

Good luck my friend, i'm of out now!  but i'll look back in later!
Oh, and if you've got your mobo CD somewhere you can try using the older ones on that and save some time Downloading from Asus as their usually slow as heck.
hi  Dirty admin
I have installed all you listed above, after that I have install 175.19 VGA drivers and after that system is getting reboot automatically, and I can't do anything now!! ta
but Now I am running into safemode and I have uninstall VGA drivers, because that is the culprit which causing booting problems after I install, now what should I do . please help
I had a Gigabyte GV-NX6600 that would only run happily on the drivers it came with. Try your originals.

Have you tried starting in VGA mode rather than Safemode.  In Vga mode see if you have any control over the display properties...If so, set it to somthing that you know that is compatible with the monitor (i.e. 1027x768 60hz).

good luck.
Under VGA mode, I tried to set 1024x768 , then apply, ok, later I went back to set again it was back on 640x480, and i am not sure where i can set 60hz, and still under Display properties>settings>advanced .. not much controlled I have, and
just now when i have tried to set bit higher 1024x1028, system shutdown automatically. thanks!
Sounds like the video card could be failing try booting to a livecd(Full OS on a cd) here's a link to a couple live os's.
http://www.knoppix.org/
http://www.linuxfortravelers.com/ubuntu-live-cd-guide
If the issue's occur in the live os this is most likely a hardware issue.
Hi jamietoner,

Luckily I had Knoppix live OS CD in home, I have tried and run successful but still graphics appearance is same , nothing changed,   as always when I am dragging any window, its appearance is getting worse. Please help

The video card should have came with a dvi to vga adapter so you can hook up an analog monitor.

Hi all experts,

Please help me , as jamietoner suggested above, I have checked with DVI-VGA adapter and checked on another monitor but still display is coming as usual as it was coming on LCD monitor. Is Video card is dieing, If I need to buy good card which would support my motheboard ASUS  " M2N32-SLI-DELUX "  , processor is AMD Athlon  64x2 Dual Core Processor 5200+ .Please suggest, All response would appreciated.
Sounds like a bad card. Any 16x Pci-e video card should work in the system. Here's a good replacement for an 8600 card

Can you try the card in another PC? I'm convinced it is a software problem, i've changed lots of faulty display adpators in the workshop but never seen a faulty one that would not allow its drivers or settings to be adjusted.......freezing yes, corrupt display yes.....not being being ale to change resolution etc is a software problem....hardware problems do not usually affect the installation of drivers etc.
1) try device in  differnt PC
2) clean install of windows

Good luck
I do not have any other PC with PCI express slots to try this card, and I have installed windows twice, after installing all drivers, when I am installing Video card drivers, then system hang up, comes with black screen and does not come back, then i have to start manually and after that some time system  ask to select options like safe mode or normally or command prompt or does not start at all just doing weird behaviour . and  now i am thinking to get new video card.. because i have installed all kind of drivers ,everything as you said earlier...

thanks!
Just due to hectic schedule, did not went to buy new one, but very soon this week, will let you guys know soon howz the new card going.. thanks for monitoring!

I don't see a hit for the graphics card just 2 nvidia nics and a wireless nic. Also that evga cd does probably have an older driver an updated driver is available on nvidia's website.

ooh ok, on nvidia website.. i wil look, wil let u  know .. thanks
i been to nVidia website, but how can i find , product series and and product, , i know type is nForce, .. thanks
The network drivers come with the chipset drivers. Use cpuz(mainboard tab) to find out what motherboard and chipset you have.
http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php
motherboard is M2N32-SLI DELUX
Chipset is NVIDIA  spp190 (C51XE) Rev. A2
Processor is AMD Athlon 64 x2 5200+ dual core
Thanks!
It;s a 590i, forgot you listed the model in a post here's a link to the driver.
http://www.nvidia.com/object/nforce_nf590_winxp32_9.35.html
This should work for the 2 nforce controllers.
sorry , motherboard is ASUS M2N32-SLI DELUX
Thanks jamietoner! for your great help!  appreciated!
Those all drivers worked, gr8
You're welcome.
