Boot from Bootable media, and enter Ghost in DOS mode.

Hit enter at Ghost screen.

CHoose DISK- to Image
Select the disk, and use ALT o to select OK
choose the destination - ( Local USB attached storage usually)

Add in a filename for the image
choose fast for compression ( default )

WHen the image is done, transfer it using the opposite ( Disk - From Image )

to the other machines.

Use fdisk or similar to make sure that the correct partition is set to active so that it will boot.

If all images, and disks are identical, you may want to look at some of the advanced options that also backup MBR/ 1st boot track , etc )

I hope this helps !
