I have installed VS2005 Version 8.0.50727.762 (SP.050727-7600) in a VMware Virtual Machine.<br />

When I create a new project I noticed that the New Project dialog is missing both the ability to browse to the project location and also the ability to rename to Solution file.<br />

I have attached an image to show what I mean.<br />

I have tried a repair then a complete reinstall and still no change. Also I have ticked the &quot;Always show solution&quot; option in Tools&gt;Options&gt;Projects and Solution.<br />

Additionally I have installed VS 2005 from the same dvd in a non VM and I have the options which are missing.<br />
<br />
Can anyone help me restore the options?<br />
