I have Win 2003 Svr, Arcserve R11.5 SP3 build 3200, tape drive HP Ultrium LTO2 .<br />
All of sudden I have been experiencing a few times that backup job failed becauise &quot;media is write-protected&quot; while it is not (physically checked the write-protect tab). &nbsp;Even though I inserted a brand new blank tape it still gave me the error.<br />
