somewhere ISA isnt working correctly and the internal network is misconfigured.
By default ISA blocks ALL traffic - including dhcp unless otherwise opened.
if in doubt - re run the internet wizard in sbs

It.s Not just my laptop all network and OS XP SP2 , and some computers wireless some wire ,
and i have some errors in event viewer :
1- #50070: Unable to connect to the database STS_Config on SERVER\SharePoint. Check the database connection information and make sure that the database server is running.
2- ISA Server Control service failed to enable tracing on startup.
3- Process MAD.EXE (PID=2980). All the DS Servers in domain are not responding.
4- The Win32 API call 'DsGetDCNameW' returned error code [0x862] The specified component could not be found in the configuration information. The service could not be initialized. Make sure that the operating system was installed properly.
5- The master browser has received a server announcement from the computer moiuy that believes that it is the master browser for the domain on transport NetBT_Tcpip_{56618AC3-1501 -4D90-A8. The master browser is stopping or an election is being forced.
6- The DNS server list of restricted interfaces contains IP addresses that are not configured for use at the server computer.
Use the DNS manager server properties, interfaces dialog, to verify and reset the IP addresses the DNS server should listen on. For more information, see "To restrict a DNS server to listen only on selected addresses" in the online Help.

i am a little concerned for you...
the solution proposed would certainly be an issue in preventing wirelessly connected devices from connecting to your dhcp server
but it doesnt explain your other issues..
i am sure it would make sense if we could see it.
glad you are working anyway.

You connected your laptop to the internal network. What OS are you running? Vista/XP/2000? How do you connect? cable/wireless?
You have checked the SBS server and both the DNS and DHCP services are running and there are no errors in the EventLog?
