Getting a copy of 1 users outgoing email.
I am the IT manager for my company and my boss has tasked me to do the following for an employee.
He wants to receive a copy of all incoming and outgoing emails from a specific user.
Via the server management console, I have set the option to forward a copy of the users email to my bosses email acount. There is no option to do this with outgoing mail.
Is there anyway that I can do this? If it requires 3rd party software, can you please point me in the right way.

By using Journaling, It looks like it will send a copy of the entire mailbox store to the specified user. Is that correct? If so, can I limit it to monitor only 1 user?
Also, would these 3rd party apps be able to do that?
Thank You,
Jeff

Thank You for your replies. Email Spy Pro looks like it will suit my needs. I'll see if the boss wants to purchase it.
thx for the grade :)

There are also 3rd party programs that work in different ways but can all monitor outgoing mail:
A program called MailMonitor can monitor outgoing mail. Just search for the users email in these logs and review all their mail.
Alternatively Magic Mail Monitor is a freeware program that sits on a specific machine monitoring all incoming and outgoing mail.
