Hi Joe,
Please check the following:
  • The Mailbox should not be Locked Out or Disabled
  • Check that System Attendant Service is running fine (Start --> Run --> Services.Msc)
  • Reboot the Server, check services and try after 5 mins
Thanks
Nitin
Also, send me the Log of any Errors from Event Viewer after you try to login to via OWa
Thanks
Nitin

Problem Solved.  I went into the Server Configuration section in the exchange console and found the the storage groups were dismounted for some reason.  The only thing that i can think of is that at the login screen for the exchange server, the domain was pointing to the server computer itself and not the domain.  Something tells me that when it was logged in that way it dismounted the storage groups.  Anyway, I simply remounted the groups and everything seems to be back up and running.

Thanks!
:-) great ... this is also a reason, apart from System Attendant & Information Store
Thanks
