Hi all,

this is the scenario:

My lacie NAT (http://www.lacie.com/ie/products/product.htm?pid=10844) was plugged into the ethernet cable. Whilst turned on I unplugged the ethernet cable and replaced it with another.

The moment I plugged in the other cable (whilst holding the Lacie in my hand) I felt the device "kick" in my hand.
Then an alarm of sorts started chirping and continues to do so for a minute or so then stops. THis alarm comes from the Lacie, whether networked or not.

Main problem here though is I cant now use the NAS.

What can I do? It is still under warranty but I dont want to lose all my files.

Thanks in advance,

Kevin
