wav files should be built in to media player - perhaps reinstall media player,<br />
or the wav files is corrupt - try play it on another machine that is ok.<br />

There is a program called TheRecord Player from fortherecord.com that plays these files. Our law clients receive these as court or deposition audio transcripts.
