How to add PDF to website to make available for site visitors to download or view?
Hi there,
I'm new to website designing but am building a simple informational website for a business associate. I have the full version of Acrobat 8 and have converted a MS Word file to .PDF. What I need help with is how to add this .PDF to the web site so it is available for viewing or download to the website visitors. I'm thinking hyperlink, but don't know where to put the original file. I am using MS Publisher 2007 to build the site. If you could give me some idea on how to do this, I would appreciate your help.

I forgot to mention that the previous site that I built with MS Publisher automatically put all of the pictures, and what not in a folder for me so that when the site was published on the internet, all of the needed files were already in the proper place.

Just one more item that I say in the help file. In the middle of this info it says:" Note You cannot test links to external files from the preview of the Web site." Is this referring to Adobe files on my hard drive? Thanks again.
Here is the text in the help file:
"You can test a hyperlink to make sure that it works before you publish your Web site. Do one of the following:
To follow a hyperlink from your Web publication before you publish it to the Web, hold down CTRL while you click the linked text or picture.
On the File menu, click Web Page Preview, and then click any hyperlink in the preview of the Web site to follow it to its destination.
Note You cannot test links to external files from the preview of the Web site.
Publish your Web site to a local server to test the hyperlinks.
On the File menu, click Publish to the Web.
If you see an information box about a Web hosting service, click OK.
In the Publish to the Web dialog box, locate the local server where you want to test your Web site, and then click Save."
