Make default printer available to all users

We have a small Windows XP workgroup.

The printer on machine FS called brother is shared.
( \\FS\brother )
On a second machine (\\PC1 )we have a number of user accounts.
I installed the default printer as the network printer \\FS\brother ( using Administrator account )
Problem is when I signon to PC1 as "bob" the printer dosnt show.
How do I make the printer available and the default printer for all users

I don't want another instance of the printer for each user.
I want them to all access the same.
They will all access the same printer you just need to map it for each of them, whilst the printeris shared it does need enabling for each profile.

if you want it to show for every future user then change teh default user profile on each machine, but this wont affect existing users
