Thanks for the quick response. Yes it is roaming profile. What's strange is that the printers are there they just won't print. but if you delete the Citrix folder then when they log back in the profile recreates itself and everything is fine.

Just looking for ideas on what could cause Citrix profiles to continually become corrupt.<br />
The syptom is in most cases is the user can not print to a printer. We can try to deletee it and re add it and still can't print. If I have them logoff and I delete there citrix folder on there net work drive then it recreates itself on next login and everything works fine. <br />
