How can I see who is logged on where?

I'm trying to help a client find a way to get certain information. They need to be able to find out what users are logged on, and what computer they're logged on to (although the first part of this would be most helpful)

Part two to this problem . . . They have frequent power outages which then shut down their workstations. When the workstations go down, they don't get properly logged out of their host software. They need to find out who was logged in to be able to log them out of the host software before night audit.

Any ideas?

You can use System Information.
When it's open Ctrl + R, then you can connect to remote computer and one the first screen you can see Username gives you the info.

But this only gives you the current logged on user to a specify pc.
