Is there any Delphi version or third-party tool to produce an ARM compatible code to be used in WinCE embedded system ???

I've checked it but I think it is a little bit "poor" for my needs.. and I also many Delphi add-on components that I can not find there.... Is there anything right for Delphi ???

No, there is nothing for Delphi.

I don't know any, but you can try to port your applicaton with Lazarus, it is freeware pascal developing environment and it has compilers for WinCE.
