I am implementing a new exchange server, currently user are all using pop3 accounts.
All the users at the moment have their own signatures which although they are supposed to be the same they fiddle with them, and they get messed up.
I would like to set up the system so that the signature is automatically generated from a template, and populated with the data from the users' active directory account, i.e. phone and fax numbers and address etc.
I also want to include the company logo, and a disclaimer.
If possible I'd like to lock outlook down so that users can't even access the signature section, let alone edit it.
My knowledge of HTML is good, and VB is reasonable, but I'm quite new to exchange.
