DAMO/Outlook will not send mail

User is setup with Notes 6.5.5 and Outlook 2003 and DAMO connecting the Outlook to the Domino Server.  User is receiving mail but cannot send mail out...  Gets message "Domino Mail - spending and receiving reported error 0x800C8100 unknown error"    Found article that refers to the wrong Server in the Notes.ini file, which I checked and it is fine...  Says to change teh user's home mail server, but I cannot get into the edit mode for the mail server in the Outlook profile.  

Any thoughts?

It really did not address the situation, but I just want to get the question closed and have no desire to battle over points...
