Just a standard optical mouse on PS/2. I just checked and realised that it's through a 2-port KVM switch behind my desk. I removed the KVM from the equation with a separate mouse directly connected, this time on USB, and I still had the same issue. <br />

I can't understand why IE is the only application I'm having trouble with scrolling. Firefox, PSPad, Outlook and all my other daily applications work perfectly fine.<br />

When browsing web sites in IE7, included EE, on my XP SP3 machine, I've got constant issues with the mouse scrolling not going cleanly and smoothly. The scrolling decides to change the speed which it is going at, which gets quite annoying after a while.<br />

The issue is not present in Firefox, Outlook or Word, so I'm putting it down to a fault in IE. The drivers for my ATI Radeon graphics cards are loaded, so I'm not sure where the issue could be. Any ideas?
