I do not believe there is an app out there that will do that. &nbsp;It is ashame that is one advantage to the BIS scenario, where the carriers have there own web apps and you can reset your own password, similar but not exactly what you are referring too.<br />

I Need a web interface for self service password resets on Blackberry Devices. &nbsp;Looking for a 3rd party application or BES solution that will eliminate the need for a service desk on resetting handheld passwords.<br />

A non BES system that currently using this mechanism is Microsofts Active Directory.<br />
With help of another application an administrator can establish a web interface that allows the end user to log on to a website answer a security question, then the &nbsp;application will unlock their account with a default password.<br />
